Welcome for coming to Iran for participation in the first international conference of tourism and                          Handicrafts in Tehran May 13-15 2006.                                                                                                       I seize the opportunity to inform you very briefly, that within the last 7 years I with cooperation of my interested team have done expand researches on identity of nations.We planned a project named as” the world civilization center and art metropolises “the information of which you can find in “www.jnbiran.com “and the English and Arabic versions of it is under construction.                                                                                                                            
In This plan we with cooperation of 78 other countries and 30 provinces of Iran decide to present world window to visitors by constructing 2340 similar historical, archeological and religious masterpieces in 1/20,1/10,1/4,1/2,or preferably 1/1;doing so we invite countries to compete for presenting their best by using similar construction materials.     
This site has been located in space of 700 hectares to 3000 hectares if necessary will be increase.
Now we have considered this space for 78 countries and 30 provinces .the distance between each country is about 100 to 200 and an electrical train and the other traditional means of transportation such as stage coach, droshky, tramway, monorail, elephant, camel, horse, giraffe …. Will ferry there and transfer the visitors also some space ship,  helicopters and cable are available to transfer them to site                    
Handicrafts artists will be elected by the authorized international referee, under the specific rules and artists will be located in this center and they will show all of their artistic masters physically and electronics.
At attendances of 6400 handicrafts artists from Iran and world tribes will attract tourists more and more in a way that it can change to be the only point for investigators, architects, industrial man and interested people to history and ancient from 1 million years ago .This project will be change this center to the world research place and academy.
With establishment of this world window and foundation of metropolis in world civilization center, we hope, tourists enjoy less travel expense ,one visa and one ticket on the other hand we realize brightness of tourism industry and its in come of USD 700 billion.                                                                                                                      
Beside this major project we have some minor project e.g. : building 5 stars hotel with special architecture for every of 87 countries and 30 provinces of Iran as well as wander land ,light dance lake , thousands of fountains with rhythm of classical and traditional music.
From this project, we will make 200.000 jobs and brisk up hotel industry and tourism and prevent 30 billion USD harms travel agencies, airlines and hotels.
However this project has multipurpose cultural views, engineering, and tourism and handicrafts.
It is clear that with the participation of countries we will have had the largest tourism industry project in the world.
Meanwhile I am willing to inform you, by the order of Dr. Mohammad Sharif Malakzadeh, cultural and Tourism deputy of Iran tourism Organization, command head quarters of project organized by the supervision of Dr. Mohammad Shah Badihzadeh in May 2, 2006.

Noteworthy this project with expense 31.045 billion IRR, has been evaluated by skillful specialists.
Deputy of investment in Iran tourism organization stated, this project has strong cultural views, and it is reported to Mr. President assistant and head of tourism organization this project has all technical and economical justifications.
